Deshedding Brush for Dogs & Cats

• DESHEDDING BRUSH FOR DOUBLE-COATED DOGS AND CATS — Built for the coats that shed most: Husky, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Australian Shepherd, Bernese, Border Collie, and long-haired cats including Maine Coon and Ragdoll. A pet grooming tool made for dense undercoats, not a slicker brush.
• REACHES UNDER THE TOPCOAT, WHERE THE SHEDDING IS — Most dog brushes glide across the surface and leave the loose undercoat exactly where it is. That is why you can brush and brush and still find fur on the couch. The curved 3.7-inch stainless steel edge is designed to work down into that deeper layer, with long and short tines reaching different depths of coat.
• SELF-CLEANING BRUSH WITH ONE-PRESS FUR RELEASE — Press the button and the tines retract, leaving the collected fur in a single clump to drop straight in the trash. The same button retracts them fully for storage. On a heavy shedder, expect to clear the edge every few passes — the release turns that from a fiddly job into a half-second one.
• CURVED EDGE, ROUNDED TIPS, NON-SLIP GRIP — The curve is shaped to follow the neck, shoulders and back rather than fight them. Rounded tooth tips are designed to move through fur without dragging on the skin, and the wider head covers more coat per pass. The dual-material TPR handle stays secure through a full grooming session, even when hands are damp.
• BUILT FOR COATS WITH A DENSE UNDERCOAT — This is a deshedding tool for the loose layer beneath the topcoat, and it works on short-haired heavy shedders like Pugs and Beagles as well as long double coats. Curly and wool coats such as Poodles and Doodles carry very little undercoat, so this is not the tool for them.
