Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $6.99 per order
- Free standard shipping on orders of $500 or more
The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. Remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer, and carriers can be delayed during peak seasons or bad weather.
If an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order in the Shop app.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find the package, email info@petstates.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
