Overview

This website, petstates.com (the "Store"), is operated by Ironwood Assets LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Pet States ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

1. Using the Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you place an order, and not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

2. Products and prices

We try to show products, colors, sizes and prices accurately, but errors can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including when a product is mis-priced or unavailable; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Product descriptions and images come from the brands and are provided for information.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Product use and safety

Always follow the brand's label, directions and warnings, especially for food, treats, health, flea and tick, and grooming products. Ask your veterinarian before using any health product or changing your pet's diet. Information on the Store is not veterinary advice.

6. Third-party brands and links

Brand names, logos and trademarks shown on the Store belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Product warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it is not unlawful or misleading, and you allow us to use it in connection with the Store.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
