Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.99. Orders of $500 or more ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that. See our Shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first at info@petstates.com; we will send instructions. Details are in our Refund policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
